MR GREENS has a minimum order value for each order placed. Each order is subject to delivery charges. The delivery fee will be shown on the checkout page as a separate charge before you confirm your order. Delivery charges may change depending on delivery location. The customer will be notified once the order is ready for dispatch. Deliveries are not made on public holidays.
Order amendments or cancellations are not permitted once the order has been placed. If you subsequently wish to amend your order by adding items, the prices charged will be those applicable to the new item/items at the time that the amended order is confirmed. Delivery charges incurred for the delivery to an invalid or different address provided by the customer will be at the responsibility of the customer. If at the time of delivery you or someone on your behalf fails to be present at the specified delivery address to receive the order, the order will be sent back to MR GREENS. To dispatch the order once again, the customer will be responsible for the delivery fee.
If you are missing an item from your order, please contact us immediately by filling out our Contact Us form. Failure to notify us within 24 hours of receiving the order may result in not receiving the missing item.
If you receive the wrong order, please contact us immediately by filling out our Contact Us form. The customer is expected to notify us within 24 hours of receiving the wrong order. The correct order will be delivered to you upon our receipt of the misdelivered order. MR GREENS reserves the right to charge the customer in full for failure to return a wrong order delivered to the customer or charged for any missing items from a returned wrong order.
