Is MR GREENS online only?

Yes, we are a solely online store based in the Kingdom of Bahrain.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit cards, debit cards, and BenefitPay.

Do you provide same day delivery?

Presently, we do not provide same day delivery.

Is there a minimum order?

Minimum orders for MR GREENS are BD 10 excluding delivery charges.

What is your delivery fee?

We charge a standard delivery fee of BD 2.

How do I know when my order will be delivered?

Deliveries will be dispatched within 1-2 working days from placing your order. You will be notified once your order is ready for delivery.

Do you deliver around the GCC?

At the moment, we only offer deliveries within Bahrain. However, If you have a special request for a delivery within the GCC, please use the Contact Us form to get in touch or e-mail us at [email protected].

Do you have a return policy?

Due to the delicate nature of our products, we do not accept returns.

What packaging do you use for deliveries?

Orders are sent out in biodegradable kraft paper bags and/or cardboard boxes. Please reuse or recycle the packaging.

Are all MR GREENS food products organic?

Although many MR GREENS products are organic, the majority are either organic and/or non-gmo, or simply contain natural ingredients.

What is the difference between certified gluten free or naturally gluten free products?

Many ingredients may be naturally gluten free but due to cross-contamination cannot be packaged as certified gluten free. Certified gluten free guarantees the absence of gluten at the regulated threshold amount, making it safe for coeliacs and people with gluten sensitivities.

What are the most common food allergies?

There are 14 main food allergens, which are: celery, cereals containing gluten (such as barley and oats), crustaceans (such as prawns, crabs and lobsters), eggs, fish, lupin, milk, molluscs (such as mussels and oysters), mustard, peanuts, sesame, soybeans, sulphur dioxide and sulphites (if they are at a concentration of more than ten parts per million) and tree nuts (such as almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, brazil nuts, cashews, pecans, pistachios and macadamia nuts). Although the product ingredients may not contain these allergens, the consumer should ensure to check for cross-contamination warnings on packages.

What is the difference between recyclable, biodegradable, or compostable packaging?

Recyclable packaging is any form of packaging that can be reused and recycled. Biodegradable packaging is able to decay naturally by bacteria or other natural organisms. Compostable packaging is able to decay naturally too, but provides valuable nutrients for fertilising once it is broken down.
